The High Mountain clan swore an oath to exterminate them, and Foliak was in a dangerous position. He switched to the Western Open Meadows Clan, and is the leader. Many of the other clan members followed him. He is a trusted leader, but can be foolish many times. He seeks exhileration, but doesn't like to be attacked.
